A word from the founder

Hi. My name is Tudor Tarlev. After 16 years of a double-hatted career as a tech entrepreneur and passionate L&D leader, I started omcanvas to build the ultimate human performance OS. This page clarifies what we stand for, how we partner with organisations, and what comes next.

From enablement studio to performance OS.

omcanvas started in November 2025 by helping scale-ups and fast-paced enterprises build high-performing leaders and people performance systems. Our proven approach combines Blanchard's SLII® methodology with modern performance management to deliver measurable impact in 90 days or less.

The 2025-2028 stage acts as a sandbox, combining hands-on enablement execution with testing new people performance solutions, rooted in cultural and technology advancements of our times (i.e., Agentic workforce).

Our long-term vision, however, is to build tools that act as a trusted companion for sustained individual and team performance.
